It’s no secret that it’s getting tougher and tougher to find and close deals these days. The competition can be brutal so we all need an extra edge of some kind to help with closing. When end users require a buy-back of their old furnishings before they’ll strike a deal, then that’s One Place where WE come in. The majority of these projects involve marginally marketable goods that will cost more to remove than they are worth. That’s very true during normal economic times. Today it’s become a real challenge to deal with and too often simply doesn’t work out cost wise. Everyone has cut their margins so deeply that there’s rarely room to absorb a heavy labor fee to remove the unwanteds and discard.
We at WORKSPACE CUBED will allow Sales people the best opportunity to succeed in such cases. Because of our expansive yet close-knit network of reputable, resourceful brokers/liquidators/dealers we afford folks the best opportunity to find either a buyer for these goods OR a refurbisher that will professionally remove the contents at his/her own expense.
However, when those cases arise where the furniture still has some discernable value then we insist on paying a referral fee as well as handle the removal aspect. The fee is determined as soon as a deal is struck and is paid to you upon consummation.
Note: We do indeed honor this commitment and take it very seriously. Our word is our commitment and it has been so for more than 20 years.
Its helpful for you to know that we take pride in our ability to liquidate most any kind of major brand furnishings and do so anywhere in North America. That includes primarily cubes, seating and filing as well. If and when required we travel at our own expense on your/our behalf in order to qualify and/or evaluate an inventory.
